Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium & Germany: 1–3 business days

Netherlands: €5.50 (free over €100)
Rest of Europe: €6.95 (free over €150)

At the moment, we ship within Europe.

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I request a return?
Returns can be requested online. Once approved, you will receive a return label.

Yes, a €6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling and administrative costs.
